Darren

Darren Sadler is probably best known for his Sporting Strongman Success! Darren has been competing for a number of years and now competes at a world class level.
Having represented GB at Worlds Strongest Man initially in the 105 KG class but in more recent years he has had marked success in both Britain’s Strongest Man and World’s Strongest Man.
Darren co- owns Absolute Fitness with his wife Jenna and is ideally suited to the health and fitness working environment due to his ongoing sporting commitment, keen interest in nutrition with a vast knowledge about general health and fitness.
